Our Story
What began over 20 years ago as a career in hairdressing evolved into something much deeper.
Working closely with clients, I began to see patterns — recurring hair and scalp concerns that no external treatment alone could truly resolve.
This led me into scalp therapy and trichology, where I explored the foundation of hair health. But the more I understood, the clearer it became:
The body was always communicating something deeper.
Stress, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing were often at the root.
Today, my work brings together integrative health coaching, Ayurveda, and mindset support — guiding you to restore balance from within.
